Identifying and Validating Vocational Skills Domains and Indicators in Classroom Assessment Practices in TVET

Technical and vocational education training (TVET) assessment is crucial in determining students’ desired learning outcomes. However, there are several issues with TVET assessment, including skills that not aligned the Teacher practices also inconsistent assessment’s purposes. Due to that, this study aims discuss classification integration of skill domains indicators for classroom practice subjects. This employed modified Delphi technique (MDT), which consists two phases. The first phase identifies by exploring concept student development conducting a literature review. second involved validating through consensus 19 experts. According findings, requires industrial revolution (IR) 4.0 generic career adaptability skills, addition technical serve as foundation developing competencies. aspects include cognitive, psychomotor, affective aspects, all have high expert consensus.
